SPECIAL DIETS

All events at The AESSEAL New York Stadium are managed by Centerplate, an independent British catering company with over 45 years’ experience and experts in delivering first class events.

As with all events, some guests may have a special dietary requirement. We would recommend putting a note on your invitations asking anyone who has got a special dietary requirement to let you know what foods they need to avoid, and our chefs will create a dish especially for them.

TAILOR MADE EVENTS

This is your event, so if you have something specific in mind, just let us know and our Chefs can work alongside you to help create the right food that would fit your event perfectly.

DRINKS

Why not incorporate a drinks package into your event?
Whether it’s an arrival drink to make your guests feel welcome, wine served during the meal or a bottled beer package on each table its entirely up to you.

We invite you to meet the person behind your menus and the fantastic food you will taste in your next event!

DARREN KELLY

Hi, I graduated from Sheffield College in 1999 gaining a professional chefs diploma.

Once I graduated, I had a great opportunity at the Park Lane Hotel in London in not so glamorous role in the kitchen, but I was young and full of energy and wanted to make my way up in the culinary world.

After a few years, i moved on and gained further experience working for hotels such as the Hilton and Q hotels. This time further developed my service knowledge at high paced environments.

I kept on moving forward and spent a further four years working in fine dining restaurants.

I now have over 10 years’ experience in sports facilities and stadiums and I love the sport and catering in its industry!

Throughout my "development years" I also gained experience on prestige events such as the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Royal Ascot. These two in particular refined my knowledge expertise on fine dinning and the differences between the styles of service based on the venue.

I can truly state now that I am an experienced chef who likes to create modern menus using innovative and classic techniques with fresh seasonal ingredients.
