The AESSEAL New York Stadium offers a flexible and versatile event space which are suitable for corporate events from small meetings to larger conferences and corporate dinners, to private parties and awards ceremonies.


CORPORATE EVENTS & MEETINGS

There are a wide range of suites available for corporate hire, ideal for every business event. Accommodating up to 400 delegates and overlooking the stunning pitch, this venue is situated in a unique, contemporary setting in which to hold your event.

The fully accessible multi-purpose facilities have natural daylight and lend themselves to a wide range of events from corporate hospitality, conferences, seminars, product launches, exhibitions and training.  All rooms are pitch facing presenting you with a stunning view of the ground.

The food delivered at your corporate event is top-notch and prepared by our specialist chefs. The menu on the day can be tailored to suit your requirements whether you require simple refreshments, light lunches, hot or cold buffets or a sit down meal.

Each one of the suites at New York Stadium is capable of hosting a multitude of different events from meetings and exhibitions, to parties and private dining events.


THE PLAYER'LOUNGE

 
 

The Players Lounge is a fabulous contemporary suite located on the first floor and is situated adjacent to the principal banqueting suite.

This room is perfect for a variety of events and can be dressed to suit your needs: interviews, small boardroom meetings, private parties or used as a syndicate break out room.

Accompanying the lounge is great catering, with event packages that can be tailored to your requirements.


1925 suite

The 1925 Suite can accommodate up to 400 guests and is perfect for a wide variety of events: wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions, auctions, product launches, training sessions, meetings and much more.

This naturally lit room is extremely versatile and can be divided into three separate self-contained suites all with their own access and bar areas.

The suite boasts floor to ceiling windows that overlook the stunning pitch - a view not to be missed when hosting your event at this brand new, contemporary stadium.

NEW YORK SILVER LOUNGE & NEW YORK GUEST LOUNGE

Adjoining the Boardroom are the VIP Lounges: New York Silver Lounge and New York Guest Lounge. Both suites are self-contained with a private bar and entrance. From these rooms you can access three of the executive boxes which provide great views of the pitch. In total, the suites combined accommodate up to 250 delegates.
